1. Program Description
Software Zone 365 LLC ("Software Zone 365", "we", "us") operates an SMS messaging program for customers and subscribers who have provided express consent. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us in the following categories:
- Marketing and promotional messages — service offers and discounts, new service announcements, webinar and training invitations, and product updates.
- Service and transactional messages — responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, meeting links, quote requests, project and service updates, customer support replies, and review requests.
2. How to Opt In
You may join the program by:
- Checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number on our Contact page; or
- Signing a written SMS consent form provided by a Software Zone 365 representative.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any product or service from us. Consent to receive marketing text messages may include messages delivered by automated technology, including an autodialer.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the messages you have opted in to receive.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Software Zone 365 does not charge for messages sent through this program, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:
STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE
CANCEL END QUIT
After you opt out we will send a single confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again. You may also revoke your consent by any other reasonable means, including emailing [email protected] or calling us at the number below. We honor all opt-out requests promptly.

us directly using the details in Section 10.
7. Supported Carriers
This program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and U.S. Cellular, as well as certain regional carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data collected for this program are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Eligibility
This program is available to individuals aged 18 or older who reside in the United States. By opting in you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are permitted to authorize the charges that may result. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please notify us promptly.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes affecting the messages you receive will be communicated to you before they take effect. Your continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
